1:1 Scale Gundam now fully visible

The giant Amuro Gundam in Odaiba can now be seen in full glory as the fence that was previously blocking the view of the lower body part has been removed, finally giving view to it's feet and the platform it resides on.
With it's 18 meters in size the Gundam overlooks the surrounding trees.
In case you don't know about the project yet: In march this year construction began on the first life size Gundam and was finished during the beginning of this month as part of the city's engagement for Olympia 2009.
The platform this incredibly real Amuro Gundam stands on appears finished as well, even though some workers were still putting final touches on various parts.
The detail applied is incredible.
The Gundam can be seen in Shiokaze Park which is accessible via Tokyo's Monorail.
