The fifth episode of the Tokyo CGM night was held at the KDDI building and once again served as a networking platform for bloggers and the elite in the IT, media and entertainment industry. In case you you don't know about the CGM night, it's an event organized by Danny Choo together with Andrew Shuttleworth. 

 It was my first time attending this event but from what I heard it was one of the best ones, with many of the regulars like Ken Lee or Tokyocooney, as well as some 30 google managers from around the world in attendance. Judging from the photos of the previous CGM nights, this one seemed to be the most cosplay heavy one so far with 2 girls dressed as characters from their companies game "valkyrie complex".  Increasingly famous GaiGokujin a.k.a Patrick Galbraith was also there, explaining details about his very own culture bible: the Otaku Encyclopedia. 

 Another interesting attendees was Julie Watai, a photographer, gravure idol and now latest member of pop group Cutie Pai who came with another band member showing her sexy book around. As usual the ever popular Poken, a device used to share digital information by simply touching one another,  were available for at a great discount. 

 
It seems this event is growing into an important meeting place despite it's casual nature with drinks, food and relaxing chit chat.
