Vaio P a Pocket PC ?

The new Vaio P is causing a lot of stir amongst notebook enthusiasts in Japan. After all there has never been a smaller or lighter PC as powerful as the latest Vaio, so much that Sony insists that it is not to be considered as netbook. But how portable is it really?
During official promotion events the little powerhouse is being shown as being suitable for actual "back-pocket" transportation, similar to what we could see during the early PSP promotion days. As expected, the never tiring ridiculing league on image board 2 channel has taken aim on the matter, showing photos of normal sized notebooks or even desktop PCs inserted partially in denim pockets.
Just like the PSP though, even while little beatings like this are funny, they probably won't have any negative impact on actual sales of truly fashionable gadgets like these.
