Tachikoma Picture Book

The Tachikoma, cute and lively robot entities, are quite popular amongst the Otaku crowd. They were first features in the Ghost in the Shell manga and then in the Stand Alone Complex TV series and later in the second season S.A.C. 2nd GIG.
According to the original Manga they were actually never assigned to famous section 9 as they are only created in a modified fashion to their Fuchikoma counterparts.
The book is designed in a way that it can be read either from the front or back showing the Tachikoma either from a first person perspective or from a more objective stance. The cover illustration was designed by Tetsuya Nishio.
One of the books editors said:" The Tachikoma recently gained a lot of female fans, this book however should be fun for recent enthusiasts as well as long term Tachikoma lovers.
The 204 page Tachikoma picture book is for sale at 3150¥ retail.

That's looks pretty interesting and might have to check it out. I saw a much older Tachikoma book sometime ago that didn't impress me at all unlike this one. I'm glad I didn't buy that other one now.
