From July 18th on the new Akiba Guide Book called "Akiba Days 120%" released by Jive will start selling and as the name suggests the book uses characters and themes from the popular series "School Days". The series had started out with just a normal pc dating sim and then received spin-offs like a manga and anime series and ever since has been enjoying continuous popularity with various mandatory items like doujinshi and figures popping up in the stores.

Inside the book School Days character designer and series director Junji Goto lets his protagonists introduce various places in Akiba separated into various categories like "eat", "relax", "play" and "buy" etc. that altogether list about 280 establishment around the station and Chou Dori. Also there are various articles discussing general matters as to how to make the most out of your visit explaining procedures inside internet cafes or where to park your car.

So far there are no news about an english version but if it was to come it sure would be one hot item for Akiba interested visitors or researchers.
